Privacy & Security
Privacy - Klinic adheres to strict policies around privacy of your personal health information. This means that we do not share any information about you with outside agencies except for the following circumstances: child welfare concerns, imminent threats of harm to self or others, or when subpoenaed by the police or courts. Our counsellors are obliged to maintain a confidential record of all calls, chats and emails. Klinic counsellors regularly consult with a supervisor in order to provide the best possible service. If you have any questions about Klinic's privacy and confidentiality policies please contact Mary Jo Bolton at 204-784-4047 or email@example.com.
Security - While we have taken all possible steps to ensure that your information does not have unauthorized access, use or disclosure, we cannot guarantee 100% security. When you choose to call the crisis line, or engage with a counsellor through the Chat Support Line, we will do our best to protect your Personal Health Information. When you choose to use this technology however, it is important that you also take steps to protect your privacy such as using a private room where you are unlikely to be interrupted.
